They are strong, polite, gentlemanly, explained everything carefully. They took great care of my furnishings. They were on time, they were cooperative, communicated extremely well. Very compatible with a stranger.

Santiago and Roger were incredible. I have never had a bad experience with Lugg but they went above and beyond to make sure my things were moved into my storage unit. I truly couldn’t have done this without them. They came within 30 minutes and got everything done quickly!

One of the best 3rd party experiences!!! I bought some already assembled and not assembled furniture from IKEA and was thrilled to have the build pieces delivered and put exactly where I wanted them in my second story small condo. They even made sure I knew about damage they noted (bought from the AS IS, section of IKEA) at time of pick up!! Awesome Customer Service!!!!!!

It was amazing how quickly they showed up! They were extremely professional, had their own moving supplies at no extra cost and were efficient! They took their time to wrap my furniture carefully. Their van was clean and they were ready to work. Much less expensive than I thought it would be because of how quick they were.

Both Alexis and Erick went above, and beyond what they needed to do, or were even asked to do. They were professional, efficient, and extremely patient with me regarding all the variables and logistics that condo buildings sometimes create. I absolutely will be requesting them and asking for their help way more than they’ll probably want in the future 😀 thank you so much again ! you guys truly made this process a breeze & your simple acts of kindness meant the world.
